How Do I Use an FTD Coupon or FTD Promo Code?
Adding a FTD discount code is easy. After a shopper adds everything they want to their cart, they’ll click on the checkout page. On the right side of the page, there’s a spot to enter promo codes where it says “Promo or gift card”.
How Do I Use the FTD return policy?
The FTD Flowers return policy is in place because flowers and plants are perishable and thus they are guaranteed to last seven days. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your delivery, please contact FTD within that timeframe, and FTD Flowers will make it right.
Does FTD have a Rewards Program?
The FTD rewards program is called “FTD Plus”. It will be changing to a new program starting in December 2023, more details to come but the current program included free shipping promos, birthday rewards and other unique promos.

Does FTD Flowers Have Free Shipping?
With or without a coupon, FTD has free a free shipping option which is called FTD Gold (rewards) that costs $30 a year. This will be discontinued in December, but a newer FTD rewards program which we hope will offer free shipping / delivery is coming soon.
